About Me
I find being a counsellor a hugely rewarding way to help others. I use theoretical approaches from counsellor training, my extensive life experience, as well as dipping into what I learned over a long professional career, to help me understand what it feels like to be you.
Born in Malawi, and having had many episodes of change and loss in my childhood and beyond, and experience of living across the UK and Europe, I now live in Cheltenham.
I am an integrative and relational counsellor, with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I use psychodynamic and person-centred theory in my work. I am a registered member of, and work within the ethical framework of, the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
